NoR: Border Patrol

Scathen Border patrols are a defensive part of the military.

It consists of a few bike-mounted soldiers with telescopes, who move along the boundary of scathenwheld on the lookout for intruders. If they find them, engaging the enemy isn't their job. Rather, they return to a post and report to the commanding officer.

The border patrols are a result of paranoia of the previous emperor. Believing that innumerable amounts of enemies were sneaking in, he created a detachment of the military to deal with the threat.

Nowadays it's an early warning.
