The Grand Project

In the farthest northern reaches of Scatha, bordering a frigid sea of ice, lies a vast array of 25 identical buildings.

These structures stand against the winds that howl from the sea, making the cold so intense, that even a beastman, bundled up from cold, will fall victim to frostbite within a few hours...

It is here Emperor Nero's attentions, dreams, and hopes lie... within these vast structures is the Grand Project... Something that will make Scathenwheld the indisputable lord over all Ruhgaia.

This endeavor is highly secret. Building 1 holds the Grand Project itself... the others follow the same instructions... So, when the Grand Project is complete, 24 more will also be ready.

But the project goes slowly. Scathenwheld requires several materials before this hidden goal will be realized.

...and when it does, the foes of Scathenwheld will look upon the skies and tremble...

...and the allies, the few they have, will finally gain what they've waited for for so long.

(this structure is huge and made of brick and steel the doors you see on the bottom are large enough to allow a tank into the building. The roof can open... these buildings usually are covered in show and are battered by blizzards regularly.)
