Strengths:

Built to Last - v.2 is exceptionally strong and durable, she just doesn't show it.
Magnetic Shielding - v.2 is unaffected by EM Pulses.
Heavier Than She Looks - Weighs 4,079 lbs, and can lift anything of slightly higher weight.
Infinite Enthusiasm - Will remain upbeat at all times.
Weatherproof - Insulated body prevents water and electric damage.
Target Lock - Very good aiming skills.
Collateral Damage - Can break walls by walking into them.

Weaknesses:
 
Tactically Weak - V.2 might be very difficult to be destroyed physically, but if she cannot see or hear her owner, she quickly becomes useless.  She is also simplistic, and, if following orders will literally walk into obvious traps.
Tabula Rasa - v.2 is a blank slate for magical enchanting, which means she can be written upon magically.  The more magic she is affected by, the more 'alive' she becomes.
Childish - v.2 is, for all intents and purposes, a loving little girl in all respects.  She lacks tact.
Chain of Command - If Trost surrenders, V.2 will surrender immediately.
Heavyweight - Sinks in water like a rock.  Has a weight of 4,079 lbs
Loyalty - Accepting V.2's offer to be her friend makes her unable to fire upon you.

Ranged Warrior - All close combat involves amateur punching or hitting with a held weapon.  Moves can be read easily.

Her pupils are actually constantly displaying a blue screen of death.

Her body also contains a nuclear fusion reactor to power it, so she needs water to fuel it after a while.
